After a long chat with my mum last night till 2am, I had to wake up early today to go speak with my landlord regarding rent. All I can say is that--necessity is always accompanied by unpleasantness. Anyway the matter was resolved and I hope that people keep their promises *fingers crossed*

On a happier note, I was preparing my parents for the "highly-possible" event that I will fail one of my units this sem, and....Surprisingly I got off lightly! Well this unit is an elective and they feel that as long as I do well for my core units, everything is fine. WHEW! What a relief! I feel much happier now :)

So there's 8 more days till home sweet home. Just realised that i have so much to pack! not just my luggage but i really need to clear the junk in my room. Whatever needs to be given away or thrown away shall be dealt with...haha as soon as i can get my body out of bed!

Something i realised last night: After appearing offline/actually offline for almost 1 month, I made my first visible appearance on msn and skype last night. Suddenly conversation windows started popping up and everyone was asking me where I've been! This is really shocking, as I've always been "available" all year and rarely anyone talks to me. I was beginning to think of myself being non-existant... and last night made me realise that "distance (or in my case, disappearance) really makes the heart grow fonder". (^o^)

Human nature is just so interesting...
